Christmas is over and it went about as well as possible. I just wish that I had a home phone to call family and friends because we don't have family here. We need 40.00 to get a phone connected in order to call. All our family lives more than 2000 miles away and all our friends hae moved away due to military duties so there is no one here. Please help if you can.

I am 28 years old and I live in Fort Lewis, WA. I have been here just over a year.  I love life but lately it hasn't been so good to me. I love nature and being outdoors but since I have been depressed, I hardly ever go outside. I enjoy art, poetry and music of all kinds. I love to help others whenever I can. I am a very caring and loving person. I love my kids dearly and I am trying to get my associates degree in order to gain a career. I am keeping my fingers crossed on that. I just am in a jam and need a little help.

Hello my name is Christie Kimberlin and I have three chidren; ages 9, 6, and 1. I don't have a job. Actually I lost my job just days before Thanksgiving. It was a not so good holiday. Now I am so worried because I don't have enough money for christmas gifts for my kids. Can anyone help? I am so stressed out by this. I suffer from depression and anxiety with insomnia to boot. I just don't know what to do. Please help my family with christmas gifts and food if you can.
